Hi, I’m TIANN—and if you’ve ever looked in the mirror and thought, “When did I become the grown-up in the room?”… you’re not alone
I’m a woman in her 50s (okay, 60s, but who’s counting?), navigating the beautiful, frustrating, freeing, and sometimes confusing season that comes after the kids are grown, the hormones start playing hide and seek, and the world acts like we should quietly fade into the background.
Spoiler alert: we’re not going anywhere.
This space was born out of my own need to figure things out—
Like how to lose weight without starving myself,
How to wear what I love even if it’s not “trendy,”
How to organize the chaos that creeps into closets and our heads,
How to make a little extra money without burnout,
And how to keep showing up for me, even when life pulls in a hundred directions.
I’ve got grown kids, grandkids who keep me laughing, and enough “stuff” I’ve collected over the years to start a flea market booth (actually, I did start one). I coupon, I declutter, I journal, I YouTube-search my way through everything from ab workouts to almond butter reviews—and I do it all while reminding myself that this season of life isn’t a wind-down. It’s a reset.
